LED’s explanation

Mains powered Alarms

• The Green LED is on when the mains are connected. (Note- It may take up to 1 minute to indicate that mains power has been connected).
• In normal mode the Red LED(s) will flash every 48 seconds to show correct operation. (NOTE: The Red LED flash is low level illuminance on some alarms and confirm operation by test button if in doubt).
• When detecting, the alarm will go into ‘Alarm Mode’. It will sound the alarm signal and the Red LED will flash rapidly.

Battery powered alarms
